⚠️ Important Update: U.S. Tariffs

Effective May 2, 2025

What You Need to Know:

Due to updated U.S. Customs policies, some goods imported into United States may now be subject to import tariffs—up to 30%—even on low-value shipments.

Depending on the product, some or all of the product may have been originally manufactured outside of the USA including China, Canada, etc.

US Tariffs

? Example Breakdown

Product Ordered:

20 Custom Coffee Mugs

Product Value:$75 USD

Shipping Cost: $125 USD

Total Customs Invoice: $200 USD

We Sell To You For: $279 USD

How Tariffs Are Calculated:

Tariff applies to product value only ($75)
❌ Tariff does not apply to shipping costs

30% tariff on $75 = $22.50 typically collected by the courier (FedEx/UPS/DHL) at delivery.
$22.50 is around 8% of $279.

Your total tariff rate will be 8% in this example
*The couriers may add additional processing fees.

? Who Pays the Tariff?

The U.S. buyer/importer (you) is responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs charged by U.S. Customs.

These fees are collected directly by the courier, not by us.

? Why This Is Happening

The U.S. has revised tariff regulations targeting goods of Chinese origin, even for shipments under $800 USD.

Many couriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, are now complying with this enforcement.
