Transparent Business Cards

Transparent Business Cards

They have many advantages compared to a traditional white PVC card. The most obvious being is that they are totally unique and uncommon which is a surefire way to be noticed.

The fact that you can see through them ensures that the most creative graphic designers can have fun with the design.

These transparent business cards can be single or double sided.

For Double Sided Transparent Business Cards you can add a white backer in the middle of your artwork which can’t be seen to ensure it does not bleed through to the other side.

This means you can design your card on both sides without any double exposure.  See the graphic below for details.

Clear Transparent Business Cards

Transparent Business Cards will encourage your clients to keep them rather than tossing them away.

In fact, with Transparent Business Cards people will likely show their friends and colleagues. The reason, of course, is because they are so unique and a conversation piece.

Single Sided

You can still print on both sides of the card and you will see whatever you printed on the front, on the back as well.

Your logo and text will be in reverse and the print semi-transparent.

Double Sided with White Backer

Double sided Transparent Business Cards use a “white backer” behind some or all of your artwork when you don’t want “side a” (front) to be seen from “side b” (back).

This is a true Double Sided Transparent Business Card.

What is a White Backer?

A White Backer is a layer of white ink that is added to the back of a Transparent Plastic Business Card, to create a barrier between the two sides of the card. This is to prevent the ink from one side bleeding through and affecting the visibility and legibility of the content on the other side.

Check the Full Details to see examples of the differences between Single and Double Sided when using a White Backer.

Clear Business Card with Matte Finish

Matte Stock

Adding a matte laminate to your cards give them a duller less shiny look.

They are not as clear as the original transparent stock, and they are less likely to see any scratches on the surface.

Frosted Stock

This adds a bit of texture and has a unique feel to it.

Furthermore, just like matte it dulls the card a bit and is less prone to scratching.

Die Cut Transparent Business Cards

Special shapes and sizes are welcome to further give your calling card a design that suits you completely.
